BIOGRAFIA

I am a filmmaker and producer based in between Paris and Barcelona work in the field of non-fiction combining projects with no restriction of genre, format or duration. Archive and field research usually play a crucial role in the processes I’m involved in.

I have directed Zoé, an experimental video piece for the exhibition Mes lloc per a la fosca (Bòlit, Museu de la Vida Rural de L’Escala, 2023).

As a screenwriter, I have co-written The drunkmen’s marseillaise (with Pablo Gil Rituerto) and Amílcar (with Miguel Eek) and collaborated on the writing of Knit’s island (Barbier, Causse and L’Helgoualch, 2023) and Soy Niño (L. Zilleruelo, 2021).

For television (Arte), I have directed a collection of episodes of Gymnastique cultural magazine and I am co-writer of One day in Spain (90’) and Spain: History from above (5 x 26’). In 2021, I was editor-in-chief of the programme L’œil et la main (France 5).

I am a founding partner of ESCARLATA, from where we have developped The drunkmen’s marseillaise in international co-production with Les Films de l’Œil Sauvage, Boogaloo Films and Graffiti Doc.

Before getting into writing and producing films, I have worked as a visual researcher and assistant director for fifteen years, mainly in France, combining documentary films, fictions and video installations.
