BIOGRAPHY ENGLISH
María Moreno is a journalist in the society area of TVE's news services, which she joined in 2008. A specialist in reportage and documentaries, she has combined short reports for TV news program with other news formats such as the programs Informe Semanal, Crónicas and En Portada. She is the author of the scripts “La luz de Antonio” and “Cachitos de otra Cuba” for RTVE.
She specialized in documentary filmmaking at the San Antonio de los Baños Film and Television School in Cuba and has attended workshops with renowned film directors and documentary filmmakers. She holds a degree in Audiovisual Communication and Journalism from Cardenal Herrera University in Valencia. In 2006 she moved to Madrid to begin her journalistic career at Antena 3. She studied a Master's Degree in Television Journalism at the Rey Juan Carlos University and the RTVE Institute. She currently collaborates as a teacher and student coordinator in the Master's Degree in International Journalism of IRTVE and the University of Alcalá.

María Moreno es redactora del área de sociedad de los servicios informativos de TVE a los que se incorporó en 2008. Especialista en reporterismo y documental, ha combinado los reportajes breves para el telediario con otros formatos informativos como los programas Informe Semanal, Crónicas y En Portada. Es autora de los guiones “La luz de Antonio” y “Cachitos de otra Cuba” para RTVE.
Se especializó en realización de documental en la Escuela de cine y televisión de San Antonio de los Baños en Cuba y ha cursado talleres con reconocidos directores de cine y documentalistas. Licenciada en Comunicación Audiovisual y en Periodismo por la Universidad Cardenal Herrera de Valencia. En 2006 se trasladó a Madrid para comenzar su carrera periodística en Antena 3. Cursó el Máster de periodismo en Televisión de la universidad Rey Juan Carlos y el Instituto RTVE. Actualmente colabora como docente y coordinadora de estudiantes en el Máster de reporterismo internacional del IRTVE y la Universidad de Alcalá.
